At Therapy Your Life, Liz Kehrli offers advanced physical therapy techniques to help improve your strength, balance, endurance, and recover from injuries effectively. She will create a customized plan to accelerate your healing process and maximize your mobility to achieve a better quality of life.
Liz obtained her master's in physical therapy at Boston University and has over 30 years of experience in a variety of settings. She has worked extensively with homecare agencies to provide PT to seniors with a wide range of dysfunction and diseases, and it is this population she enjoys the most. Liz believes in a "hands on" approach which may include massage, stretching, scraping, energy work and other manual therapies.

ABOUT
My specialties include orthopedics, neurology, including Parkinson's and stroke, cardiology and many age-related chronic illnesses. I am certified in the Parkinson's "LSVT Big and Strong" program and have worked with over a hundred Parkinson's clients. One of my most popular workouts for this population is boxing, and I provide boxing gloves and padded targets.
I offer personalized, progressive programs which include components of strengthening, flexibility, balance training, plus education on various aspects of wellness and fall prevention.

Having a passion for education, I'm a strong advocate of wellness and offer educational programs on a variety of health-related topics for seniors at assisted living communities and senior centers.
Programs include Osteoporosis, Memory, Fall Prevention, Nutrition, Dementia, Dehydration, UTIs, Back Care, Parkinson's and Laughter.
I also offer Home Safety Evals to decrease your risk of falls at home.

Pricing:
I do not accept Insurance and am private-pay only. Rates for Physical Therapy/Training vary, depending on location, duration, frequency of visits and typically range from $120-$200.
Fees for Educational Program are $100.
